Elevator is part of the Seattle Space Needle tower, that will be featured in Fallout Cascadia.

First I prepared high poly mesh with subdivision surface and mirror modifiers. For low poly mesh I used mirror too. Finally, I reduced the number of triangles to 2.2k. With mirrored mesh I had much better texture resolution. Normal map bake and textures was made in Substance Painter.

Model was made in collaboration with Trevor Bixler, who made animation for doors and helped with texture twiks and engine implementation. https://www.artstation.com/visabertoothiv
